Those who come into personal contact with legal issues may find the law to be overly complex and daunting at a first glance. I feel the same way when I try to play a new piece on the piano. It is precisely in such moments that it is important to remain calm and cool-headed - but above all to allow room for creativity and fresh thought processes.

My goal is to accompany my clients on this path, with a lot of empathy and the necessary professional distance. In doing so, it is important to me to find pragmatic, efficient and client-oriented solutions for all kinds of problems or conflicts. I am convinced that in most cases no elaborate legal explanations are needed, but that short and concise inputs help.

My core competence lies in employment law, where I advise employers and employees and represent them before Swiss courts and authorities. In addition, I advise and litigate with great commitment and competence in contract and corporate law.
